So, this is my introduction for my WRA 110 class. Enjoy!
My name is Tiana, and I have a few nicknames, though I hate being called them. So, let’s stick with Tiana. I’m about to be a 4th-year Psychology major. I’m a bit sad that graduation is so soon, which means I have to make the best of this upcoming year.
I’m from Rancho Santa Margarita, CA. Long name for a suburb. People only understand where I’m from when I tell them that I’m about 15 minutes away from Laguna Beach.
Writing is a necessary part of life, especially to express oneself. Although it’s a bit tedious for specific classes, I don’t mind it all that much.
My favorite thing about computers/technology would probably have to be how far advanced it has become, in comparison to the 80’s/90’s. Connections are faster, search engines have matured, and social media sites have been booming. It’s incredible, but at the same time, it can be a detriment to society.
I’m not entirely sure who I would switch places with. I feel content with my life as of now (but who knows, my opinion is allowed to change, right?).
I’m familiar with Microsoft Office, Photoshop, Adobe, and social media sites! I’ve created sample music files on GarageBand, written papers for classes, created/edited videos, and built websites so far.
I’m probably at an 8.5 or a 9. Mostly because my internet connection can be stubborn at times, but otherwise I feel very comfortable working online.
I’ve taken many online courses over my career at MSU, so hopefully this one will be as engaging and interesting as the others!
